Tis the Season for decadence and we are going all out!  Former Food Stylist & TV Producer for Martha Stewart, Chef Kathy Oberman Tracy, will be sharing recipes, techniques and insider tips for celebratory year end dishes. The menu will include delicacies such as caviar, lobster and filet mignon. Sommelier Betsy Ross will be featuring exquisite Champagnes by André Clouet, who’s family has rich history in the region dating back to the 17^th century. As an added bonus, Mike Guinard from Village Wine Imports will be joining us to share these fascinating stories in more detail.
