With gift-giving season around the corner, this is a perfect time to explore wines and their prices. Is expensive wine better wine? Will this less expensive wine be good? These are questions we hear often, and we want YOU to answer them after this class.
We will be tasting through five Cabernet Sauvignons from California with different price points, but we will taste them “blind”, so the prices won’t be revealed until after you decide. We will cover winemaking techniques and the elements of wine that affect prices.
